At Shiv Shakti Digiworld, we strive to deliver top-notch web development, digital marketing, local SEO, and software automation solutions (Wapibotix). Because our services involve digital assets, custom coding, and real-time labor server costs, we maintain a very transparent and strict refund process.
STRIKT 7-DAYS REFUND WINDOW
Any request for a cancellation or refund must be raised officially via email within a maximum of 7 calendar days from the date of initial payment or project booking.
Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be entertained, processed, or approved under any circumstances after 7 days have passed. Once this 7-day period expires, all paid sums are treated as fully consumed toward project operations, planning, and setup initialization.
1. Eligibility Parameters Within 7 Days
A partial or full refund request within the valid 7-day window will only be assessed based on the following conditions:
- Work Not Initiated: If the design, coding, analysis, or strategic planning team has not spent active hours on your assigned project.
- Valid KYC Submission: Refunds are only processed back to accounts whose identity has been verified through our mandatory KYC documentation framework.
- Deductions: Any third-party costs already incurred during those 7 days (such as premium domain registrations, cloud hosting allocations, or mandatory setup fees) will be completely deducted from the refundable amount.
2. Cases Explicitly Excluded From Refunds
Regardless of the 7-day timeline, refunds are completely **NOT** applicable in the following service domains:
- Active Ad Campaigns: Money spent on running live advertisements on Facebook, Google Maps, Instagram, or YouTube cannot be retrieved.
- Wapibotix Software / Meta API Setups: Subscriptions, server nodes, or portal activation charges linked to WhatsApp API integrations cannot be rolled back once configured.
- KYC Default / Violations: If your project is terminated because you failed to provide official business KYC documents, or if your system was flagged for spam/illegal activities, you automatically forfeit all refund claims.
3. How to Request a Cancellation
To officially log a cancellation request before the 7-day expiry deadline, you must follow the formal structure below:
- Send an email strictly from your registered corporate mail address to support@shivshaktidigiworld.com.
- The email subject line must read: "Cancellation Request - [Your Project Name / Invoice Number]".
- You must specify your valid reason for pulling out along with the original electronic receipt of the advance payment.
4. Processing and Settlement Timelines
Once a refund request is legally approved by the management desk at Shiv Shakti Digiworld:
- The final settlement audit will take approximately 5 to 7 business working days to conclude.
- Approved balances will only be credited back via the **original source payment channel** (e.g., the exact Bank Account, UPI ID, or Net Banking path used during checkout). We do not send cash or route funds to unverified third-party accounts.
5. Policy Jurisdiction
This Cancellation & Refund Policy document forms an integral extension of our master Terms and Conditions. Any disagreements, disputes, or claim filings regarding payment reverses fall explicitly under the local territorial courts of Kota, Rajasthan, India.
