1. General Refund Terms
- Refunds are only applicable for services that have not yet commenced or where work has not been delivered.
- Once work on a project has started, refunds will not be issued after 7 days. This policy is in place because our time and effort are invested in planning and executing your project.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- If the request is made within 7 days of the start of the project.
- If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to circumstances on our end.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- If the project has been active for more than 7 days.
- If delays are caused by the client, such as unresponsiveness or failure to provide required information.
- For completed or delivered services.
4. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to shivshaktidigiworld@gmail.com.
- Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
- Any transaction fees incurred during payment processing are non-refundable.
